Our intention in the long run is to end this relationship of private corporations owning private corporations.  This double negative of share value confusion needs to be eliminated, so that each entity can be valued on its own merits.  So we are working towards a deal that will enable movement of shares of both companies, and allow the floor to be leveled to the betterment of all parties concerned.  However there is the distinct possibility that these two companies can continue to work together as partners in future investments via the new 100% subsidiary of Gateway Resources Ltd., Gateway Oil & Gas, Inc.
